My WoW partner

hearts.jpgIf you head over to WoW Insider they have a good article written about a playing buddies or partners. I read it and got inspiried to write about mine.

My playing partner is also my significant other. At times it is great and others times it is not so good. The good times are when we are both involved in doing something together. We normally do the dailys together on our mages but sometimes I am still in flight when I hear bombs dropping over Skettis. No big, I just get my own bomb on my way to meet up with him. I really like that I now have a tanking character so we can atleast be in more 5-man groups and even in 10 man raids together. We have fun in the BGs and tormenting the Alliance nubs in Hellfire Peninsula.

Us outside of PF Chang's, taken by Bansidhe. I'm in the blue shirt. The not so good times are when I am invited to a raid and he is not. It can make for an uncomfortable evening at home but whomever doesn’t go will normally do something else in game or even go catchup on some missed TV. I thank god everyday for the person who invented the DVR, digital video recorder.

Much like Tenryuu and his wife, Chiryuuko, we tried doing arenas together but Hiyama wasn’t that thrilled about getting pwn’d in .5 seconds. The same thing was happening to me but I knew that the only way to get better was to get resilince gear and to keep trying. Maybe after he gets [item]25854[/item] and [item]25857[/item]. I know it will make a big difference in the BGs and even starting in the arenas.

If it wasn’t for Hiyama keeping my WoW time in check we would have missed the chance to get to know Bansidhe and her husband. So I want to say, thank you sweetie for making my playtime more enjoyable and congratulations on all the progress you have made with your characters. I can’t wait to load up the next expansion with you and make our big plans for getting to level 80 and dominating the new content.
