Within the ME DIG model, council positions are reviewed annually. If a steward no longer reflects the will or wellbeing of the people, Guardians do not need to wait five years. Leadership can evolve every 12 months. Responsibility stays active. Trust stays earned.
Participation exists across five connected levels:
At each level, Guardians elect seven service leaders — not rulers, but stewards — professionals chosen to protect planetary health, human wellbeing, economic balance, and long-term stability.
Vision & Coordination. Provides overall direction and unity across all councils. Ensures decisions align with long-term planetary and human wellbeing. The Eagle represents clarity, perspective, and responsible leadership that sees the bigger picture.
Economic Stewardship. Protects and manages the shared wealth of the nation and the Earth. The Lion represents strength used to protect the pride — ensuring wealth serves all people, not just a few.
Guardian of the Living Earth. Protects and restores the natural systems that sustain life. The Elephant represents memory, stability, and deep guardianship of the planet.
Knowledge & Human Development. Guides the growth of human intelligence, creativity, and wisdom. The Owl represents wisdom guiding humanity forward.
Wellbeing of the People. Supports physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing across society. The Dolphin represents intelligence, joy, and social connection.
Sustainable Production & Supply. Ensures responsible use and fair distribution of Earth's resources. The Bee represents cooperation, productivity, and shared effort for the common good.
Foundations for the Future. Designs and maintains the physical and digital systems of society. The Turtle represents stability, longevity, and wise long-term planning.
Each role is filled by a qualified professional chosen by the people. Citizens participate directly through secure digital voting systems, ensuring transparency and accountability at all levels.
Decisions are made based on long-term planetary health, human wellbeing, economic fairness, and scientific and community input.
