HYOU2 stands for the common human version 2 evolved.

Step 7. The 7-person council (balanced leadership)

Measured by the people for the people.

Each level elects a 7-person council, representing key areas of human wellbeing:

• Education
• Health
• Resources
• Community
• Infrastructure
• Coordination

Power is distributed.
Transparency is built in. Respected profectional in each area. Not career politicians
No single person controls the system.

Step 8. Leadership renewal every 12 months

Leadership exists to serve — not entrench.

• Councils are re-elected every 12 months
• Performance is visible
• Trust is continuously earned
