Mother Earth is not property
For thousands of years, humans have treated the Earth as something to own, divide, extract, and sell.
But Mother Earth is not an asset.
She is a
living system that sustains all life.
Every breath we take, every drop of water we drink, every piece of food we eat comes from her.
Without Earth, there is no economy.
Without Earth, there is no humanity.
A living system with inherent rights
Under HYOU2, Mother Earth holds rights.
This means nature is recognised not as a resource, but as a living entity worthy of protection in its own right.

Humans as guardians, not owners
If Earth has rights, then humanity has responsibility.

Guardianship means:

- Resoures Belong to mother earth. and will be licenced
- Oceans have the right to recover and sustain life
When these rights are violated, guardians — acting on behalf of Earth — have the responsibility to protect and restore.
Corporations and responsibility
Corporations are human creations.
Mother Earth is not.
